This is gorgeous Jessie and she is a 10 year old Cocker Spaniel who arrived at South East Dog Rescue heavily matted and with sore eyes and ears. She’s now happily living in a foster home in Folkestone, Kent. She is a low maintenance, sweet and gentle girl hoping someone can offer her a place in their heart and their home.

Jessie loves her walks and does pull initially as she’s keen to go. She is great with other dogs and is cat-friendly. She is fine to be left for a few hours and is house-trained (although she did have a few accidents initially).

Jessie travels well in the car and can be with older children. She is a quiet and calm girl who enjoys a quiet household where she can snooze after her walks. She would be fine to live with another quiet dog and with someone who is at home for most of the day.

Jessie has been clipped and bathed and was happy to have a spa day. Her eye infection has now been treated as have her ears – which now just require regular cleaning. She has had a dental where a few teeth were extracted and the rest were de-scaled and polished.
