This lovely pair of golden oldies are looking for a retirement home together. They are currently kennelled in Foggathorpe, East Yorkshire, where they are safe and well cared for. Canine Assorts Dog Rescue are helping this sweet duo to find that cosy, loving home where the adopter will have them on a week’s home trial and, if it does not work out, they will be returned to the Rescue.

Penny, at the front, is a Labrador and is 12 years old. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She is a bit strong on the lead but is really good with dogs, cats and children of all ages.

Kujo, behind her, is nearly 11 years old and is also neutered, chipped and fully vaccinated. He is a German Shepherd/Springer Spaniel Cross and he too likes dogs, cats and children of all ages. Kujo prefers short walks.

Penny and Kujo would like a quiet home where they can live out their days in warmth and comfort. Both dogs can be left and travel well. They are housetrained and non-destructive.

These lovely oldies are a bonded pair and need a home together with a warm hearth in winter and someone to love and care for them in their retirement. As always, a fully enclosed garden is necessary.
