UPDATE 29/09/2022: Sully has been adopted (hooray!) but Stella is still waiting, now without her best friend for company (huroo).

This adorable pair are Stella (left) and Sully (right). They are both about 10 years old and have bonded strongly in foster care in Malvern, Worcestershire having been rescued from a life stuck in kennels by Nirina Dog Rescue. They are crossbreeds of about 50cm in height and they’re both easy and lovely to live with.

Stella

Stella and Sully are both good with other dogs, children and even cats. They would happily live with any combination of the above as long as they were compatible.

Sully

Sully is the more confident of the two. He takes everything in his lollopy stride and is calm all the time. Stella takes comfort in Sully’s confident nature. She likes to explore with her friend and follows him around like his shadow. They have often been found snuggled up together at bedtime and have grown very close. They both love fuss!

Stella can lack confidence on walks in new surroundings…

She finds having Sully nearby reassuring and it’s amazing how much she’s relaxed since arrival.

Neither of these sweet dogs know what toys are for but they get plenty of enjoyment out of life, loving human company and treats, naturally.

Obviously they need owners who will help them continue to adjust to a life of home comforts and regular walkies. They’re house trained and easy to live with but Stella might always need time to get used to new situations. A secure garden is essential and a quiet home life with nice walks away from traffic please.

They don’t ask for much and they give endless love to those who show them kindness.
