Bob is an easy going extremely sociable lad looking for his forever home through Lurcher Link Rescue. He is currently in Lancaster but shortly moving to a foster home in Wales.
Bob is an 11-year-old greyhound x whippet, he is 26″ to the shoulder and weighs 26kg. Sadly his owner is no longer able to look after him.
He is very good with other dogs, well behaved, and has been described as easy to live with. He’s wonderful with children and is an especially gentle boy, making him a lovely, calm companion.
As with other greyhounds he is happy with a couple of nice walks when he can be let off the lead and then he will snooze on the sofa contentedly for the rest of the day. Bob has been fine with neighbours cats so could potentially live with a dog-savvy cat (with careful introductions) .
Bob is not keen on being left alone, (although this may improve if he is living with doggy chums) so would not be suitable for working people or any that will need to leave him at home for long periods as he will get stressed and bark. He loves his humans and just wants to be around you. He adores cuddles and affection and is the most wonderful dog.
Bob is housetrained and has no known health issues.
