21/08/2023: Great news that Molly went to a wonderful new home on a farm in Surrey, all thanks to being seen on the Oldies Club.

Molly is a beautiful almost-8-year-old Labrador who is with Chilterns Dog Rescue Society, near Tring, Hertfordshire.
It was with great sadness that Molly’s owners asked CDRS to find her a new home. She had been a much-loved part of their family since a puppy, living with a cat, an older German Shepherd dog and, most recently, two small children. Molly took everything in her stride, loving all of the activity and attention. Unfortunately though, one of the children was very allergic to dogs, and although everyone went to great efforts to keep them apart, doctors advised that Molly should be rehomed as soon as possible.
Molly is very sociable with people of all ages and with other dogs. She is described as ‘friendly, licky and playful, a typical Labrador’ – lovely qualities that the staff at the Rescue Centre have also seen in the time they have been getting to know her. Although her 8th birthday is fast approaching, Molly is very fit and active. She loves her walks and, while she can be quite excitable at first, she has a reliable recall and a good standard of basic obedience. Molly would love a country home.
She is used to someone being at home for most of the day, but has shown no signs of distress when left in the kitchen for a couple of hours. She is happy to travel by car, especially if the journey ends with a long country walk. If you are a lover of this wonderful working breed but would like a happy, well-balanced older dog, Molly could be simply perfect for you.
Molly is inoculated, microchipped and spayed and has no known health issues.
