Josie (Dogs Home, Manchester)
21.1.11 Beautiful Josie enjoyed two fun filled years with her loving new family. Sadly, she then developed an inoperable liver tumour and the decision had to be made to let her go to sleep peacefully and with dignity. Sleep tight, little Josie xx

Kye (AARU, Notts)
2/4/09 – AARU have sent us this very sad update on Kye….”Sadly, Kye was a victim of his breeding, indifference by his previous owners and many, many months of pain and suffering with his eye condition. He developed into a possessive, aggressive and dangerous dog and no amount of care, behavioural training and attention could repair the damage to his mental health. Rest now in peace, Kye- so much loved by your foster parents and wept for by those who knew of your torment”

Tia (Ark, Lincolnshire Coast)
7/4/09 Very sad news about Tia. She was on the table being spayed and having her mammary lumps stripped and was found to be riddled with secondary tumours. The vet could promise her no quality of life and so she wasn’t brought out of the anaesthetic. Rest in peace darling.
