    24/8/2006 We are very sad to relay the news that poor old Freddie has, on veterinary advice, had to be put to sleep. Run free now Freddie.

    6/9/2006 Very sadly, Lola recently fell ill and had to be put to sleep. Thank you to everyone that enquired about her.

    We are very sad to hear that lovely Tasha suddenly became ill and had to be put to sleep.

  • Bobby (Dogs Trust – Merseyside)

    June 2007, we have been informed that Bobby has very sadly passed away. Our thoughts are with his carers at Dogs Trust. Sleep tight Bobby.

  • Billy (Oldies Club, Norfolk)

    Fawn and cream terrier Billy was found dumped in a multi-storey car park. He was very sore – possibly having been hit by a car or kicked – and had had a very tough life. 22th May 2006 – Billy update Sadly, Billy has now had to be put to sleep.

  • Bruce (Meadowgreen, Norfolk)

    Update 29/7/2006 We are very sad to report that Bruce suddenly became really unwell. The vet was called but nothing could be done and very sadly Bruce had to be put to sleep.

  • Taffy (Coventry RSPCA)

    Update 13/7/2006 Very sadly, due to a number of recent incidents, Taffy has had to be put to sleep. Run free now, Taffy.

  • Little Lady (Oldies Club, Norfolk)

    We are very sorry to have to announce that poor Lady has had to be put to sleep.

  • Rover (Pawz for Thought, Sunderland / Nth & Sth Tyneside)

    Tragically, Rover’s tumour had advanced past the point where it could be removed and he has had to be put to sleep. Sleep tight handsome boy.

    6/6/2006 – Ben has very sadly had to be put to sleep. He never fully recovered from the bad treatment he had received, but at least he knew a few months of love from his foster family who worked so hard to help him before the end.

    Update 1/6/2011 Mrs Deeds found a new home in April 2006 and after 4 years and 4 months she has sadly passed away. She’s at peace now. :(

  • Jack (Suffolk Animal Rescue)

    17/01/2006 Jack became very ill and had to be put to sleep today. Thankfully, he has had a few weeks of happiness in his foster home after being rescued from the pound.
